6. Buyer Confidentiality Agreement (BCA) & Non-Disclosure Enforcement

All vetted buyers must sign a Buyer Confidentiality Agreement (BCA) before accessing sensitive information.

By signing the BCA, buyers agree to:
Non-Disclosure: Authentication materials cannot be shared, copied, or distributed.
Limited Access: Materials are available only for a restricted period.
Legal Compliance: Violation of the agreement may lead to legal action under New Zealand law.

Failure to comply with the BCA may result in ban from future sales and legal enforcement actions.

7. Provenance & Ownership Documentation

To maintain confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access:

✔️ The admin team manually approves access based on buyer eligibility.
